Oh boy, it’s almost that time of year – cold and flu season. I’m not one for flu shots, I prefer to bolster my immune system naturally. A clean diet, some stress management, a good night’s sleep, and some common sense (wash your hands!) go a long way towards staying healthy when everyone else is sniffling.
