Today’s recipe is a delicious Golden Mango Smoothie! Why golden you ask? Because of my current favorite spice – turmeric! I love the anti-inflammatory benefits of including turmeric in my diet, I enjoy the taste, and I love the color. If you are new to turmeric, this smoothie is the perfect way to try it out!
I also include some ginger for an added anti-inflammatory punch as well as some grass-fed gelatin for protein. And mangos make everything better, so I threw some of those in there too!
