Today’s recipe has two of my favorite ingredients: coconut milk and turmeric! I absolutely adore Golden Milk and I’m really excited to share the recipe with you at Delicious Obsessions. The really fun thing about this tutorial, How to Make Golden Milk with Three Variations: Traditional, Iced, and Chai Spiced, is that you have so many options to customize it to your liking!
Not only do I offer you three ways to serve this drink, but you can also pick your favorite type of milk to use. I prefer coconut milk, but homemade almond milk or raw milk would be great too!
If you are fan of the warm, delicious spices found in Chai tea, make sure to try the Chai Spiced version of this drink. It makes use of my Homemade Chai Spice Blend.
So many choices, but they will all be tasty!
My favorite time of day to drink Golden Milk is before bed. I get some healthy fats to calm my adrenals and all the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric.

My favorite source for all of the spices used in today’s recipe is Mountain Rose Herbs. All of their spices are organic and can be purchased in small quantities or bulk size packaging!
