This recipe makes use of my Gingerbread Spice Blend. This recipe is made with blanched almond flour. The only almond flour I ever use is this one. It’s the perfect texture for baking and gives me great results every time! Parchment muffin tin liners are very important to this recipe. If you don’t want to have crumbly muffins that stick to the papers, make sure to use them.
